Fees

My fee for 50-minute teletherapy sessions is $200. I offer limited sliding scale spots for individuals who cannot afford my full fee. I currently have three sliding scale openings. I welcome you to contact me to find a rate that works for you while these spots are available.

Insurance

I currently accept Aetna, Optum, United Health Care & Lyra.

I am happy to provide superbills for out of network insurance, which can be submitted to insurance companies for partial reimbursement.

Teletherapy

In our modern world teletherapy makes therapy convenient and accessible.  No commute! You could even have a session on your lunch break in your car. I currently offer all sessions via teletherapy. While I am based in the Bay Area, I am licensed to provide teletherapy to anyone who resides in the state of California.
